Extremely poor service. Changing your phone number after written communication is also not possible with this bank. No means to communicate , the IVR sucks and the customer care is pathetic. Not a bank to work with.

HSBC call center is very good, I never had to visit branch in 6 years, when I did, I was thrilled and very happy with the services. Their way to treat normal customer is better then ICICI privileged ones. Within matter of minutes, they solved the query. Ambience is pretty well.
